With over 30 years in market research and a specialization in Strategic Marketing, Omar has worked both as a provider and on the client side, giving him an uncommon perspective: he understands the need for information, but also the pressure for business results.
That dual vision is the DNA of Gourmétrics. Every solution we design starts with a real business question, not an academic exercise. The last three years he has dedicated to developing solutions specific to the hospitality sector, addressing its real dynamics, timelines, and budgets.
